Rental ****

Everyone please be careful. This man is advertising rental homes in George and in Witbank on facebook and it is a ****. At first it would sound legit when you call him to ask about the house but then he starts on whatsapp with asking all your information with the excuse it is for the application/contract. He sends images of the so called house but on closer inspection, you can clearly see it is pictures from atleast 2 to 3 different houses. Also he gives the address of the house but says no one is living there but he put curtains up so that it does not look empty (this is his excuse for the curtains that is currently in the home from the real home owners living there) When we asked to look at the house, he says that he can only show us the following weekend. We drove passed the house that he gave the address to and it looks similar to some of the photos but can see some of the exterior photos are ****. We went to knock on the door and a lady opened up and says they own the house, have been living there a number of years and are not planning on moving. They have no idea who this wayne is that is using their address to **** people out of money. He wants R11000 in deposit and wants it paid before signing the contract digitally over email. Luckily we checked the facts before we paid the deposit.

Another lady contacted me and she was unfortunate to be ****med by him, he took her information that she gave him and got access to her bank account and withdraw money from it.
