Called Waynes Installation to assist with signal detection for an open view decoder after a storm. Wayne said the callout fee is R350 and would cover the first hour of labour. Subsequently, it did not cover labour cost, they wanted to charge me R1550 for labour for 15 minutes of work and they used my tools. The technicians also overcharge on parts.
