Upset customer

I had purchased 3 comforters sets and my orders were lost. Upon checking and relaying my messages to wayfair my items were completely soaked. I tried to salvage the items but were later damaged. I kept emailing back and forth and a lady rudely by the name of Bobijo from their executive resolution team I sent emails even a letter stating I cannot lift or stand when I sent pictures which she stated were errors. I had been charged for returning the items which I wanted to give as gifts. And I ended up loosing money they demanded for returning damaged items. I will never buy anything on wayfair again.
