Waycore Construction / Kobus Lottering. Incomplete job - fully paid - many excuses - no refund.
We appointed Waycore Construction (Kobus Lottering) to refurbish our braai, level paving and install artificial grass. Kobus asked for the final payment stating he needed to buy paint for the braai and also assured me he will install the grass at the same time. Paying him was a big mistake and he disappeared as soon after without installing the grass. Excuses were: - No diesel - Waiting for the grass - Still no diesel - Was at the doctor, my son will install - Still suffering from the anaesthetics - My wife needed to go to the specialist (stomach virus). - Back in hospital (in Worchester) - Will pay the money back - Just waiting for refund on material…and will then pay the money back. This was in the Mosselbay area. Please avoid this ''contractor''. He's timing was precise when asking me for payment and he never had the intention of installing the gras. Clearly got ****med here....
