PATHETIC SERVICE

<p>I am a new business owner who chose waxxd as a service provider for my Salon at the Pearls Mall, i have had endless issues with them and their after service is pathetic! i had a debit order with them and i did and EFT twice one month after another, so in other words i paid them twice...as a result of this i tried many occasions to call, email and message Arthur who is the supposed owner, Tanya Al**** who is the supposed client liasor and then finally Linda Tiernan who by far has made so many empty promises and never follows up with any of them. I think its a load of **** that they call them selves service providers and dont provide any service. Arthur needs to answer his phone and tell me where is my money and when will i get it. Its appalling that they just dont care or bother to follow up!!!</p>
