Wax IT Lonehill shopping center

I purchased a bottle of hair free laser on a bottle on 3 October 2019. I used the product religiously as per instruction once a week. The product did not work at all. Infact there was an increase in the hair growth. The product comes with a money back guarantee. On 15 January 2020 I returned the product to Faith at Wax it in Lonehill she called the owner, took the product and assured me that I will receive my refund on that day. It's now 2 weeks later and still no refund. I've called in 3xs and each time faith promises to provide feedback but still nothing. A lady from the head office called to request that we go in for an inspection of the hair. We've already started IPL so inspection wouldn't be fair. 2 weeks later and still no refund. Pathetic!
