Horrified waxing

Got charged different prices to price list. When enquired ladies seemed confused and unable to solve the problem. I’m simply Horrified, bought this as a present for a friend now I’m deeply embarrassed. And the room could do with a clean, the loose hair and dirt should be dealt with.
