Non payment

I have a problem at work, I was retrenched on the 30th June 2015 and a week later they phoned me back asking me to come work for them as a casual. <br> I have worked for them from the 2nd week of July until the 13th September 2015. I was I was still working for I asked them about my 419 form to apply for UIF I and I was promised that I will get it after 3 weeks. Up until now I have not received it and the money that I worked for in September they didn't pay it and after they never booked me to come at work again. <br> <br> I phoned them to report that I have not received my salary on the 30th September 2012. I started phoning them from the 2nd October 2015 until month end October but no one was willing to help me
