<p>I bought a voucher via groupon to treat my hubby for a swedish back and neck massage. After a struggle we found a open space and booked the session. The lady phoned the day before to cancel as she had a funeral to attend to. Never comming back to us we tried phoning to re-schedule regularly - she never answers her phone and never returns your calls. This is really **** customer service!!!!!!!!!! There i wasted the money and my husband could not go for his massage. </p>
