Don’t bother, complete ****!

This place claims to be different from other beauty salons. They claim “Japanese ritual” before your waxing. They claim a visit there is an “experience”. Absolute *******. Sterile white room, bog standard waxing. Complete ****! I sent them an email the day after my appointment, expressing my dissatisfaction and they have not even bothered to reply.
