No-words truly horrible

I've been going to Wax it in Boksburg for a few years now and when I went there for my wax appointment yesterday the service was horrible!!! The lady doing my eyebrows left my eyebrows skew aswell as leaving the room saying we are done when my eyebrows and lip still had bumfluff and hair left .She overly plucked my eyebrows,grabbing skin . My mother who took me did it herself because of how half the job was done and still had to pay the full price . The desk lady also wasn't much help either . Definitely never supporting again.
