Non Existent Service / Delivery from Wavytalk

I placed an order on the 21st May 2025 and received an email stating that it would take +- 5 working days for delivery.

It has not been over one (1) month and my order has still not been delivered.

Tracking the package mentioned that it arrived in Jhb, South Africa on 10th June @ 3:40 am.

To date - no delivery. I have emailed Wavytalkzaa.store + sent an online message. No response to either.

This is really terrible service (should I say 'Non-Existent Service') and I am very disappointed.
