COC not issued after installation
Poor customer service, My husband recently had the solar installed from waveshine solutions, after installation they didnt issue a COC. everytime when he contacts them they just say tomorrow and they don’t even deliver. its versy frastruating because we need to submit the COC to the insurance but they just don’t deliver the COC. I am even asking myself if they really have a competent person to issue the COC because the empty promises from them is very worrying me because if anything happend in the house with solar installed withoughy COC we will be in trouble with insurance.
