Waveinn.com item over 2 months late then i had to pay 50% of what i paid for the product

found what i thought was a really good deal on google shopping for a pair of headphones. i am pretty sure the website even came up as Waveinn.co.za, but the website is waveinn.com

what they do not make very clear is that it is a company based in Spain somewhere that only drop-ships their items. i ordered on the 25-08-2017 estimated delivery date was 11-09-2017 i only recieved the parcel today 09-11-2017, it was nearly 2 months late and now i have to pay customs clearance, which once again was not clearly indicated that this could even happen of over 50% of the price i paid for the product.

there is no actual phone number to call and speak to anyone and you only get these automated responses. Terrible company do not purchase from them. would have been cheaper and only taken a couple of days if i would have bought at takealot. moral of the story seems to good to be true it probably is.
