Rude hospitality of staff

My husband and myself had visited the above restaurant at Ushaka for the first time today. I had visited the ladies toilet. There was a signage that indicating that they are busy cleaning the toilets which I had only noticed when I was almost inside. The waitress was already done and working her way through to the gents toilet to clean. She was very upset that I had entered the toilet. I apologized by saying I needed to use the toilet desperately. She was very rude. Pulled her face. On my way out, I tried to pull the door close behind me. As I looked up. I see another client with her child asking a staff wheres the toilet whom had pointed in my direction. As the lady got closer to me I tried to say that they busy cleaning the toilet, by then the waitress had pushed the bucket of water with mop against the door practically pushing me out!. I approached the manager, his response was that there were complaints that the toilets are filthy. So when do they get to clean them? I had then said I do understand that but it's not acceptable for the staffs behavior. Considering been a big restaurant, should have more toilets. Or clean one set of toilets and allow customers in.
