I ordered on the 8th December 2022 and paid in full online. From what I thought was a professional bussiness with a great website. Did not receive any communication, I had to initiate Communication but was told sad stories about Covid affected their business. I tried multiple times to communicate with the store, email, wattsapp and the store chat online. I was given the run around. Until the owner finally rep**** on the 8th February 2022 asking for a Bank confirmation letter. I supp**** it and he promised the refund will reflect 24-48 hours. I kept checking my account and no refund. I mailed them, I sent several mail but no reply. Since I got no feedback I sent a message on the wattsapp group today 24 February 2022 and was removed. I got a wattsapp from the owner with more sad stories of family in hospital. If I could give them a zero rating I would. Please be careful of this business
