Poor Service

I ordered stock on 26 Jan2022 and am still waiting. Firstly the excuse was that the stock got damages, then it was sent but the packet started leaking, so the courier took it back. then it couldn't be sent because of the weekend. So I asked for a refund, I was told 2 days. I am still waiting. No feedback from Wave Aqua, I had to constantly phone to try get updates. I will never use them again.
