Excelled Customer Service - Keep it up 👍

On Thursday, I purchased a canister filter, received it on Thursday, and was eager to put it together. Unfortunately, one of the connecting valves snapped off when I attempted to remove it. I Whatsapp Wave Aqua (This was at 7 pm). I was helped and provided a short-term remedy that worked. I had never considered it.

On Friday, Wave Aqua contacted me to tell me they had a new component ready for me and could ship it out. I was overjoyed, and I went to pick it up on Saturday by myself. Excellent customer service. Thank you very much for your help.
