Grasshopper left sole crack

<p>My husband emailed you with regards to a pair of Grashoppers that he hasn't been wearing for to long. The soles started to crack on both of them. Never the less, you responded to his mail the same day. The pair was send back and replaced within a week. </p> <p> </p> <p>Thank you for awesome service with a smile.
