Pathetic service and contant empty promises

So. I purchased something online from this company earlier in 2024 only to have the parcell not arrive. I requested an update from this company wrt the delivery update, as it arrived in my country and then shipment status just never updated. So they insisted on a refund. The refund luckily was processed.

So, end of 2024 and I attempted another purchase. Only to have exactly the same happen. Now however, when I talk about refundll, it's like all the people died working there. I am getting absolutely no response whatsoever.

If you receive anything from this email address (***) or thinking of bying from this company. Don't. They seem to be lying ****mers that send false shipping details with absolutely no updates..
