Watloo robbing customers

My name is Zweli the customer.I was at waltloo Diepkloof Zone 6 doing my daily shopping ,buying the Ram steak that I usually buy every day for R300. The guy who helped me fetch the the steak at the back usually but to my surprise he weighed the steak he cut it and I thought after cutting it he would return the cut meat back to the weighing machine but he didn’t then I ask him he told me that’s the way the manager told them to do things. I took the meat to the till point to pay and I ask the cashier weigh before I pay. He did as per my request. To my surprise the mass was different to the one was weighed to at the back I was supposed to pay R40 more .When I was alarming the management they rudely told me it like that and the is nothing they can do to help me. I felt I was being forced to buy the steak with a fix price instead of the actual price. I even ask what’s the propose of them having a weigh machine in the till points if they are not going to double check the mass and the prices. To my surprise they just took my steak send it back and return without it . And I was not help , I tried to explain that I come to the store every day spending R300 or more buying the Rum steak but it never meant anything to them so I am wondering if I was losing R30 or more every day for 4 , how much did I lose to date. Your quick response on the matter will be highly appreciated.
