Rude and pathetic service at Waltloo Meat and Chicken, Palm Springs Mall Stretford.

I recently tried to purchase ice cream cones and was shocked by the terrible customer service I received. Apparently, there is a specific procedure for purchasing ice cream cones, but this procedure is not displayed or explained anywhere in the store.

As a customer, how am I supposed to know about a 'policy' that isn't communicated?

To make matters worse, the cashier was extremely rude and unhelpful. When I called to explain that I genuinely didn't know about this unwritten procedure, I was met with an unfriendly attitude, and the cashier seemingly hung up the phone in my ear.

There is no excuse for treating customers with such disrespect. A little patience, professionalism, and clear communication would go a long way.

Very disappointing experience and certainly not the level of customer service I expected. Will think twice to purchase cones, ice cream cones ever again, I do not want to be treated like ****, no thank you.
