Revolting Poor Customer Service

I went to the Watloo Meat and Chicken in Witbank on about 11 February 2021 and received the most appalling and poorest customer service in my life. I was accompanying my eldery mom who went inside store while I waited outside by the boerewors meat stand as my 6 year old son wanted it. The friendly lady at the stand offered my son tasting bits on a food stick as we waited for the wors meat to be ready on the braai stand. My son was holding the wors stick tasting and eating as another management lady suddenly stormed at my son nodding her head and pointing a finger at my son without any explanation violently snatched the wors stick from my son almost scratching his lips. My son started crying as we were all shocked as what was happening and why the lady did what she did to my son. Proctection instincts kicked in I started screaming at the lady why she was harrasing my son. The ill mannered management lady ignored me and started shouting at her staff lady who was standing at the meat stand. I told the management lady that she was rude, abusive and that she scared my son and her employee. A security guy who spoke English presumed Nigerean intervened taking the rude nanagement ladt's side and absurdly pointed an object at my son which looked like a spray gun. I ordered the security guy to leave my son alone and stop threatheing a minor. I lost my cool and threw the meat that was on the braau stand on the floor. No one treats my son like a dog. They must go throgh me first. This shop must be closed until the staff is taken for training and the business complies to all South African business regulations not treat staff memebers like slaves and employing ******* immigrants. The management has no proper conduct towards their customers, treats people like animals. This is a management human rights violating issue. Where are the Health Inspectors as this shop is dirty inside but it sells food and meat to the unsuspecting innocent South African citizens.
