pool chemicals filled with stabilizers damaging pools to increase sales volume

I have a problem with waterwell product and service

Have been maintianing my pool with waterwell product for over 12 years with no complaint about the product. November i started experiance problem with milky water, algee and no chlorine in my pool tested my pool water at 3 pool companies supplying the same product and all stated my pool had no chlorine lever and that the stabilizer is very high (Cyanurates ) I have advise waterwall that i think is a chemical block ............. During a three month period i have purchase -+ R5000 worth o chlorine, floaters, floculant algaside, aqua balance Raises the PH. At the end of December i still had the same problem with no luck. i turned to Pool maintinace spesialist IPP pool supply to come and service my pool on a weekly basis. Waterwell came out during this period and conduct test that states there were pharamones pressent in my pool to which they dont have test results.

My pool lining ( marblelite ) is being damadge due to the no active free chlorine and continuesly milky and cloudy and algee is pressent. Waterwell tested floculants to settle the TDS in my pool and the result was a clear pool but high TDS No chlorine and Ph is not balance HIGH CALCIUM cont

They said the marblite was app**** incorrectly in cold weather and was old. Marblite less that 2 old app**** by Pool company that being conducting work for over 25 years in the pool industry.

Then my filter was blamed for not being cleaning however the pool filter was replaced from sand to glass there product as well. I was advsie to get a pre filter but the glass allready filter better than sand as per there product spec

On every occasion i to pay for the chemicals no refund nor reason for no chlorine was provided

However there product are being used by IPP pool supply based on there electyronic test system.

It is common knowledge that to much stabilizer reduces PH in a pool and Chloro mines attached them self to pool lining and breaksdown the marblite and increase HIGH CALCUIM content in the pool with pool PH and Chlorine pressence
