Charlatans

The above mentioned company installed smart water meters at our complex on the 7th October. I still had ± R270 credit on the old meter which was supposed to be transferred to the new meter. This apparently hasn't happened. This company was supposed to set up the device and provide me with a device number in order for me to purchase water. This hasn't happened either. The device has shut down and the enclosure is locked. Nobody associated with waterwatch will answer their phones. In my book they are ****!
