GROSS OVERCHARGING AT WOOLWORTHS

My complaint concerns a breakfast I "enjoyed" at the above restaurant Sunday May 24th at a total cost of R145 PLUS R17 for an extra teabag! The tea coming out of the pot was weak and I asked for one extra teabag for which they charged me the princely sum of R17.........! A packet of 102 of these same tea-bags costs R44.99 or R39.99 on special in store. At worst a cost of 44 cents per bag. So what costs them [inc retail markup, VAT etc] 44 cents, they charge out at R17. The %age mark-up works out to 3764%....! How can this be justified?
