Car Guards a law unto themselves and not obeying

have just had to review my rating to a 1 as stop signage on tar / no entry markings are ffaded poorly maintained and twice today have had a car guard in parking above Lira and Fin on the cnr of undercover parking signal cars to access a no entry when i was attempting to drive out. This is not acceptable. When i phoned entre management on *** i received and irritable dismissable reply with an answer of well its the car guards you know. I do not accept this and expect this to be addressed so all INCLUDING CAR GUARDS comply with the designated rulings.
