Waterstone Health Shop, Somerset West

Twice I have difficulties with payments here. While I do not hold the shop assistants fully accountable, I do think they need to review their use of PayBay for card payments. Due to the PayBay service being faulty, my card was ran several times, which alerted my bank to suspicious activity, causing my card to be blocked. The cost of reactivation is now for my pocket, which is pathetic, to say the least. That being said, this shop is staffed with lovely, well-informed people who are always willing to help.
