Waterspot Centurion Doesn't Care about its Customers
We bought a Tesk PMC5-40 1.1kW 230V VSD pump at the end of August 2025,
The pump failed with error E1 on 16 September 2025, we took the water pump back to Waterspot the very same day as its still under warranty, after a day or 2 I received a call from their Technician and I was told in a rude manner that I used an incorrect pipe for the suction and I increased the bar level on the pump settings to 5Bar which is what damaged the pump and I need to pay for the repairs.
I then asked for waterspot to send me a line or sentence on a data sheet/manual that states that I'm not allowed to use a 32mm pipe for the suction point and a line that says I am not allowed to increase the bar level to 5 Bars.
Its been a week later and i haven't received this information. The pump is less than 2 months old and is under warranty, but the shop is still looking for ways to shift the blame on us and make us pay for the malfunctioning of the Water Pump. We have spent close to (if not over) R210599.00 rands buying materials from this shop in less than 2 years, yet the Establishment doesn't seem to care at all about this situation.
