Found a property on Gumtree reached out to the author of the post- for a 2bdrm apartment in Century City at Waters Edge for R7800. They sent me a mail, requesting 3 months bank statement, payslips, ID and application form. I filled out the application form and sent back one payslip. They requested I send all the forms and document plus R300 for their credit check. I informed them that I couldn't pay R300 nor could I send all my details without even viewing the property. They didn't respond, and when I called them... they dropped the phone on me.
