Water Pumps Warehouse - Real Business or ********** website?

I placed an order and paid for a Vertical Pressure Tank and Pressure Tank Bladder on 14 December 2021 with Water Pumps Warehouse (website: http://www.waterpumpswarehouse.co.za). On 20 December 2021, I wanted to find out when the order will be delivered. When calling the number on the website (+27) 21 ***), I found out that the number does not exist anymore. On 21 December 2021, I sent an e-mail to the company to enquire about the delivery - they didn't reply back. On 22 December 2021, I found a different contact number ***) on the Facebook-page of the business (https://www.facebook.com/waterpumpswarehouse) and gave them a call. The lady that answered promised that my order will be dispatched no later than 4 January 2022. I tried to call again on 14 January 2022 at which time the call was ended by the company and I received a message that they can't talk right now. I messaged back with my order number and enquiry about delivery date. On 17 January 2021, after trying to call again, I received a message that my order should arrive before 3pm the same day. The message also mentioned that they will call me back on the same day after 14h00 - this didn't happen. I tried to call again on 17 January 2022 - the call went straight to voicemail. I left a message for them to call back with my order status nothing happened. I tried to call again on 24 January 2022 - the call went straight to voicemail again. I left a message for them to call back and I am still waiting for the response today 25 January 2022.

This experience leaves me with the belief that this business operates **********ly, taking orders and payment without any intention of fulfilling the orders.
