Shocking experience and worthless guarantee

Waterproofing Mania waterproofed, retiled and painted my house a few years ago. They pushed me to use themselves for the painting as well as then it wouldn't become a blame game between contactors if something went wrong. The job was done and never fully completed. I sent numerous mails and messages asking for the issues to come be sorted out which was a nightmare. We had Dulux come out to inspect the paint work, and they said the walls were still wet and the paint was poorly and not adequately app****. I tried everything to get the contractors to come sort out the problem, but the guarantee is worthless. They wanted more money to come redo the shocking job that they were paid for the first time. As a result, I am now redoing my entire house as their workmanship was shocking.
