My experience with this service provider has been extremely disappointing. They were contracted to repair water leaks originating from my balconies, which were causing ceiling damage in the rooms below. After the work was completed, not only did the original problem persist, but new leaks developed in other areas where they had worked. The condition has worsened rather than improved. I notified the owner, Maxwell, of the ongoing issues and provided clear evidence, including photographs and videos. He did come to inspect the problem, but instead of taking responsibility and rectifying the defects, he repeatedly made excuses. Despite my requests for him to return and address the workmanship concerns, he has since ignored further communication. I even requested a temporary solution, such as a silicone patch, to mitigate water ingress until proper waterproofing repairs could be carried out under suitable weather conditions. As is widely understood, waterproofing systems require dry conditions to cure properly. However, even this reasonable interim request was not attended to. Additionally, in one of the areas where re-tiling was required, they installed an indoor slip-surface tile in an outdoor balcony area instead of using a non-slip outdoor-rated tile. This raises serious concerns about their professional judgment and understanding of appropriate material specifications for exterior applications. In summary, the workmanship was substandard, the issues were not resolved, and the after-service support has been non-existent. Instead of paying for a solution, I have been left with further damage and additional repair costs. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company. 0 stars, if that were an option.
