⚠️ Public Warning ⚠️
We are extremely disappointed with the terrible (for lack of better word) service provided by Waterproofing and Roofing Masters Pty Ltd. All positive reviews are questionable, as our experience could not have been more different. We chose them based on their supposedly strong reputation and quick response for a quote. After making payment on 9 October 2025, Graham McMaster went completely silent. Every message was ignored or redirected to Trevor. Occasionally, someone shows up for an hour, then spends the rest of the time resting on the roof. Their work processes are completely disorganised. Almost half of the quoted work has not been done, and there has been no supervision of the crew, despite our explicit request for oversight. This behaviour is dishonest, *************, and completely unacceptable. Eventually the job on the exterior roof got “done”, we had to stop since it was during December holidays and we had things planned. We were so disappointed in the services we wanted to cancel the interior and rather go with a better company, however, Graham personally said he already bought the materials and could not return it, so we decided to trust him again. But to make matters worse, Graham committed to starting interior work (ceilings and cornices) on 6 January 2026. Since that date, he has been a complete no-show, and calls and messages remain unanswered and our money is gone. As of 29 January, there has still been no contact. We are in the process of pursuing legal action to recover our money. We are sharing this to warn others: please proceed with extreme caution before engaging this company.

Waterproofing and Roofing Masters stole my R 14 268
Waterproofing and Roofing Masters was paid to fix my roof outside and the ceilings inside. I fully paid for the outside which they have done a half job. They have not given my the certificate/letter for insurance as they promised. When they should have stared with the ceilings, they never came back and took my 60% deposit (R14 268). They are avoiding my call and mails. I went to the Police to open a case against them. The Police officer called the owner, Graham MCMaster, and the owner refused to answer. I am busy taking legal action against Waterproofing and Roofing Masters. It has been a month now since they avoid my calls. We found other people who also lost money to Waterproofing and Roofing Masters. Please review them everywhere if this happened to you as well to warn people about this money *****ing company. I do not recommend Waterproofing and Roofing Masters. You will loose quality service and money to Graham MCMaster. Rather find another contractor.

Extremely disappointing!
Extremely disappointed in the level of service received. They came out to fix a leak in August 25 but with the first rains the leak was still evident. Have been begging them to come out to come and fix what was not done properly initially but to date they have not. Graham avoids all calls and his worker Trevor has made repeated empty promises. Our walls have now suffered water damage. So disappointed! Paid them in full with an immediate clearance in August.

Terrible after sales/job repair
We had our roof and ceilings fixed in August. Our roof started to leak in October and we advised the owner Graham off this immediately (pictures was also sent) via email and whatsapp. Since the 11th of October we are unable to get hold of Graham, even though we received a warranty on the work done. Graham does not answer phone calls, messages or emails. He requested one of his workers to contact me, a week later. Since then, we have struggled for the problem to be resolved. His workers also always comes up with excuses that Graham told him not to tend to us as the moment. Like what the actual?! My husband and I will now proceed to take legal action against this company. DO NOT USE THEM FOR ANY WORK! The after sales and job completion is NONE existent

Terrible after sales/job repair
