Bad client etiquette

Case after case, very poor or rather zero client etiquette. Sadly, the estate I live in use them for a while, and I cant choose to replace them, its a BC call.

They are more worried about if clients aint home, they leave in 15 minutes, but they can be late for an appointment hours afterwards with ZERO communication.
