Waterlinx poor customer service

I was contacted in Friday by a Anna. She needed to speak to my husband about the faulty pool cleaner we have. She promised to phone on Saturday. I called the number on Saturday after waiting and not receiving a call. I was told she was not working on Saturday. To today( Tuesday) she has not called back. I have since left messages too. Nothing. Meanwhile our pool is green. Been standing for more than a week. I just want a refund. I dont even want them to come out anymore. I just want the money back so I can buy a new pool cleaner.
