Waterlinx - Blue52 Splasher pool cleaner

<p>I am not normally someone that complain unnecessarily and I love the Blue52 all in one pool chemical, but unfortunately I have to warn the public about this product. I bought the Blue52 Splasher pool cleaner (KREEPY KRAULY) six months ago, after two months the diaphragm tore, WarterLinx gave me good service, came out to my premises and inspected my pool and replaced the part. Two months later the diaphragm tore again, at the same place; I was upset and mentioned that if this happens again I will have to take it further. Once again they replaced it. It is now another two months later and guess what, it tore! So far there response is that the diaphragm is not under warrantee and that any small particles like leaves or even the pump suction can cause the tare.</p> <p>Just a question is the purpose of a kreepy not to clean up these particles like leaves? Waterlinx will be testing the diaphragm and will get back to me with an answer. I will keep you updated on the results.</p>
