My Quality Pool filter manufactured by Waterlinx broke. I contacted the call centre on Friday, Judy came back to me, arranged for a team to come out on Monday. Monday morning they came out, repaired the broken parts, all without any issues. Judy phoned on Monday afternoon to provide feedback. Great professional service - will definitely recommend their products to everyone!
