Turned away after booking

Good Day<br> <br> I have a problem with this guest house, i called on the 9th of June 2015 to book two double rooms for the 10th of october. I made the booking under AMIS(African mineral standards). the booking was done over the phone with a lady in the early afternoon. she confirmed the booking and i was told she was going to send me an email with an invoice. i waited for this invoice with and never received it. the following day, i then called again to ask for the invoice and i was told my booking was not on the system or anywhere else as they have been full since Monday the 8th of June. i was left stranded in pretoria because of this and the staff was not apologetic at all about the inconvenience. it is very suprising that this establishment is rated 5 star.
