Extremely Dissapointed

We are a family of 4 who came up from Northwest all the way to Gauteng to spend Christmas with our folks. The lady on the phone explained that we needed 2 rooms - one for us adults and one for the kids. I asked the price and she gave it to us - so I excepted the booking terms. When we arrived late that night before Christmas, beyond tired, the guy at reception told us that we had to pay said price for EACH of the 2 rooms!! We then had to drive all the way back home - late that night, because the *********** receptionist would not stick to their original booking terms!! We are beyond livid and extremely disappointed in this guesthouse!
