Bad service

How dose a guest house get this disorganised We firstly requested for the room to be cleaned, left the premises to give them time but yet came back to a stupid note saying move to a other room,that Time the room is locked with my items inside,no receptionist like really nothing,now I'm stranded in a dirty room 18 with no cutlery my things being moved no keys and no one to assist,what a disorganised place it's supposed to be a guest house but this is mideo racy come at your own risk 😩
