Worst experience of our lifetime now dealing with the loss of our child!

Never have we been through such a bad time of our lives when this Animal hospital said they can deliver our baby girls puppies. Milly was an English Bulldog and we loved her dearly when she died after being operated by this practices because in our opinion this vet does not know how to deliver babies from English Bulldogs. And she had a terrible attitude as well!! NEVER apologized to us NEVER showed that she felt anything for our baby girl! Blocked us from her WhatsApp so we could not BOTHER her anymore regarding our baby! We paid over R8000 for this roughly and then we got treated worse than ground! NEVER gave us our baby girl's ashes as she thinks she is right and she would NEVER make a mistake why should grieving parents get their childs ashes!!!???

This Animal practice also with the autopsy report only gave us one tiny little piece NEVER wanted to give us the full autopsy report as requested by us and PROMISED by her! Horrible! We reported this traumatizing experience to the South African Veterinary Council (SAVC) because this is what they deserve and unfortunately have not received any satisfying answer to date. This is why we decided to at the very least warn all pet fury *****s to choose the safety of your kids first always!

We do NOT recommend this practice STAY away do not put your children through this hell! Take your child to a Professional Vet that puts the interest of your child first not last!
