Shocking Service and no Customer Service

On the 24 October 2023 AEG advised me that the new washing machine door would only be available in February/March 2024 so I contact Waterklloof Applicance Repairs (Tropical) who had removed the washing machine door the same dy and asked them to put my washing machine back together (they took it apart to remove the door) and fit the washing machine door so I could sell it as it as I cannot wait until next year for the part to arrive and wil have to buy another washing Machine. They made the folowing appointment and did not arrive to one of them , did not contact me and how will not answer my whatsapps messages or telephone calls . Appointment 26 October 2023 - 12pm - did not arrrive or contact me Appointment 27 October 2023 - 5:30pm - did not arrive or contact me Appointment 20 October 2023 - no time - did not arrive or contact me Appointment 2 November 2034 - 10am - did not arrive or contact me I have sent 3 emails to them, 3 whatsapps and phoned them at least 5 times yesterday failed to answer my whatsapps and telephone calls
