Waterfront Village Apartments doesn't deserve any STAR

Waterfront Village service doesn't deserve any STAR. *********** staff. Check-In is a tedious mission and half. Room Service is very untidy. I complain because, you pay to get a certain level of service but when the service is none existence, then its like been ******. Shocking Service
