Employees and Owner *****s customer's Items

I must say I am very much Disappointed and frustrated by the Hotel owner and his staff. We arrived from Hong Kong for Holidays and checked in on the 06th January 2015. The rate they gave us was R450 per night then we arranged for a long stay since we are relocating to Brazil. We then decided and arranged with the reception that we will then pay after 2 days which is R900 per 2 days. <br> <br> On 06th February I had to rush to the office then go to the bank to get my funds cleared then I was called by my Wife notifying me that 3 MEN and 2 Ladies came to our room to FORCE her out Naked. I then got Furious then ran back to the hotel where I found that she was gone with my 2 little kids 2 and 4. I then realized that the Owner Mr Ian and the Receptionist Delian went to our room while we were out and pack our clothes from the wardrobe including our groceries and meat that was in the Fridge. They then stole my Mac-book 13 Inch with a Retina Display worth R16,000 and my Samsung WiFi phone worth R9000 together with our Wedding Dress that we used once when we got married in 2013. The hotel Owner did not even care to apologize about items ******. PLEASE PEOPLE BE WARNED the hotel staff *****s.
