Poor service

I've contacted Waterfront Signs for a quote to put brandering on my car's back window for business purposes. I informed them that I've moved to Rustenburg and that I will come to Bela Bela for the brandering to be app**** as I had other business engagements too. I've send the information but added a few minutes later that it should be added that a "Nanny service" to take children to after school activities is availble too. The test print was send to me and I've asked if my photo could be incorperated. They've told me the designer said it was^not possible. I've asked my money back and they changed their minds. Then an appointment was scheduled for the brandering to be app**** at 9 on I informed them that I was driving al the way to Bela Bela from Rustenburg (as I had other appointments too). The afternoon prior to our appointment they've let me know that they wont be able to do the fitment as they have a "big" job the following day and all the staff will attend to the job. I've told them once again that I was driving from Rustenburg and that I wont be able to drive to Bela Bela in the near future. Once again I've asked my money back. They informed me to be there at 8 o'clock the following morning. I went To Bela Bela and the brandering were app**** to the car. As I was in a hurry for my next appointment and it could not be moved due to the fact that my appointment with Waterfront signs was rescheduled at short notice, I just took a quick look en drive to Modimolle and after that to Rust de Winter. It was only late on Saturday that I've noticed that there was a printing error on the brandering regarding the times of service. I've also asked that other information would be included, wich was not I've informed them as soon as their shop opened today. No reply at all.
