Accommodation Waterfront lodge Standerton

Booked in about a month ago , renting a chalet for +- 3 months with an agreement that the chalet is for our company's use only . When all of a sudden another person gets booked in the same chalet. When questioning why this is happening , the lodge manager rudely just answers that he need boarding for this person . when asked in person that the issue be resolved you get laugh at in your face by the manager seriously i will never stay or recommend anyone to use this facility.
