Waterfront charters...Bad service, pricing issues, passing the buck and so the list goes on

Can I just write awful and be done with it!? Waterfront charters is the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with! They have people begging you to cruise with them, offer you a price and once you agree then they can no longer offer that price...the staff think it's ok to slap you in a boat and pack you like sardines, they tell you that you going on one boat and put you on another...the management gives you numbers that no longer exists...their management think they saints and have done nothing wrong and accuse customers of making things up! They simply awful
