Waterfront car wash in shopping centre

Today the 18th July I went for breakfast at the waterfront with my husband and 2 kids I decided to leave my car to get washed it was 9.15 and there was only one car in front of me so I said to the man that was checking the cars in I have to be out of here by 10.45 will you be finished he said definitely and tried to sell me a wax as well which I declined . When I came back at 10.45 my car was in the wash bay covered in soap I told the man I have to go just give me the car with soap on he then would not give me my car keys because I refused to pay a 140 rand for nothing . My husband then came over from his car and the man threw the keys at me and told me never to put my ****ing foot here again . Screaming that the staff did not come in on time to me I think the waterfront management need to check what type of people are running that car wash .
