Poor service

The experience that I had at Waterford was not pleasant and I will not go there or recommend them to anyone. I work in the wine industry and visited a few wine farms but have never been treated like this. I competed in a bicycle race and received an voucher for a tasting. As soon as I said I have a voucher we were treated like we don`t belong there. Why give vouchers if you`re going to treat people like that. We wanted to order more wine and a platter but did not receive any service after our tasting. In an already fragile economy and with alcohol restrictions looming, Waterford staff feel they can treat people like that.
